The biggest advantage of memory chip pillow lies in its flexibility where the standard memory foam pillows cannot change their shape, size and firmness. New pillow made from memory foam chips allows it shape to be formed as desired. Some people prefer the supporting part on the centre of the pillow or on its side. The memory foam chips can be easily moved to the required part of pillow. Our new product is produced by special techniques adapting memory foam chips in closed high quality stitched pillow with zipper.

You can add memory foam chips or remove the required amount, which can adjust the desired height of the pillow, its hardness, which lies in the fullness, which is located in the pillow. Memory foam chips pillow has 5 times higher lifetime than conventional materials. Another advantage of this pillow is a possibility, if necessary, to swap the filling (memory foam chips) or to change the cover.

The cover fabric is quilted together with polyester fibre (approx. 180g/m²) or polyester fleece (from 60g/m² up to 150g/m²) and nonwoven material (15 or 20g/m²).

Quilted pillow-case is filled with fluffy polyester hollow fibre or mixed with sheep’s wool, bamboo and lyocell.

The pillow is filled with Polyurethane sticks which is manufactured from polyurethane foam, is cut into thin strips in the shape of sticks. Suitable for pillows as making them times more lasting than fibre filled pillows.

As we have the unique PU foam cutting machine in use it allows us to maintain the size of the PU foam stick the same. So the pillow weight is even more equally spread and the parts of the pillow have the same kind of quality while supporting the sleeping.
